Career background
My career in insurance started with 2 weeks work experience at a national broker to assist in their aviation claims department and I was asked to stay for the summer holidays. I then joined a national insurance company as an underwriter for 2 years before switching to the other side to broking. After 8 years at a local brokers I joined Hugh J Boswell in 2012 as a Senior Account Handler in the Aftermarket team before being promoted to Commercial Team Manager in 2019 and Business Support Manager for the Aftermarket team in 2020.

Hugh J Boswell has a strong and trustworthy reputation in the community which was the main reason I joined and from week 1 I saw that this was well earned. It is very important to me that clients receive the service that I would want to receive and that principle is something which is imbedded in the whole team at Hugh J Boswell. The passion and drive to make the business the best through the growth and development of staff is very refreshing and I am proud to be part of the jigsaw.
Interests
I really enjoy running and cycling and have been part of my local running club since 2009 and have completed 4 marathons and numerous half marathons, 10ks, 5ks and parkruns. I have also had a season ticket at Norwich City Football Club since I was 8 years old and enjoy travelling and spending time with my family and friends.
