Career Background

My first experience of a multinational insurer was in 2009. Previous to this my initial employed was within inbound call centres for seven years. I spent for four years in pension administration before moving to an insurance broker in 2014, proving support to Management Liability brokers specialising in Directors and Officers/ Pension Trustee Liability and serviced data investigation of clients. In 2016 moved into the public sector for five years, working within the civil service. Consolidated on knowledge in call centre and administrative roles, but also diversified  into human resources and analysing election expenditure.

What impressed me about the company was the emphasis on investment and tailoring to the individual. This quickly became evident in approach to staff and by extension this translates to our clients. This builds confidence all round. My values are rooted in customer service and helping people. Is encouraging to work for a company that has these traits at their heart, supporting and encouraging to give the best service possible.

Interests

My passions are football and movies. I’ve been a Norwich City supporter for over 30 years, and was at one time a season ticket holder for an extended period of time. Other than that I watch a lot of classic/ modern Hollywood and British films.
